About Synced
The operating desk for the people who run the day.
Synced is one surface where an executive and their assistant run the entire day together: decisions, meetings, rules, and an AI that knows their world.
The problem
The day gets reconstructed, not run.
An executive's day runs in two tools built for neither. Email keeps the context but buries the decision. Text keeps it quick but loses the structure. So every morning the day gets reconstructed from scattered threads instead of simply run.
The operating desk
One surface, shaped around the relationship.
Synced puts decisions, meetings, and rules on one surface, shaped around the one relationship that keeps an executive's world moving: the executive and their assistant. Not a channel bolted onto a chat app. A desk built for how the two of them actually work.
How it works
Every ask becomes a card.
You say who should act, you, them, or just an FYI, and the recipient approves it, counters it with an alternative on the same card, or declines. Cards move through four lanes, Inbox, Sent, To Do, and Resolved, and every decision is kept and searchable. Nothing is a thread to reconstruct.
The two-party principle
Built for a relationship, not a channel.
Either party can propose. Every decision is explicit, attributed, and recorded. The relationship scales to the team around it: one assistant for several executives, chiefs of staff coordinating across executives. The shape changes; the relationship stays the unit.
Intelligence with boundaries
An AI you can see into.
Athena answers across your cards, SOPs, meetings, notes, and calendar, and it shows its sources. It remembers what you tell it, and you can see and edit that memory. It is isolated per person and per organization, and you can turn it off whenever you want.
Where it is headed
The shared layer for everyone who runs an executive's world.
Synced is built for the executive and assistant today, on the web and on a companion iOS app, and it already scales to multiple executives, Executive Assistant teams, and chiefs of staff. That is the direction: the shared operating layer for everyone who keeps an executive moving.
